Komal Aziz Opens Up About Jealousy, Wrong Advice & Trust Issues

Pakistani drama star Komal Aziz has shed light on a topic many girls silently struggle with—jealousy and misleading advice from people they trust the most. During her appearance on ARY Digital’s popular morning show “Good Morning Pakistan,” the actress spoke candidly about the emotional challenges young women face.

“Not Everyone Is Like You” — Komal’s Honest Reality Check

Komal shared that growing up, she believed everyone around her had the same intentions and purity as she did.
“When you’re young, you think the world is just like you… but it’s not,” she said.

She explained that girls often receive unnecessary restrictions and biased guidance. According to Komal, many female friends are told not to interact freely with boys simply because of their gender—advice rooted more in insecurity than concern.

Jealousy from Close Friends & Family

The actress didn’t hold back as she revealed how even friends and siblings can sometimes feel jealous, leading them to offer harmful advice.

Komal said, “Girls share everything—from work to marriage—but even close friends or sisters can get jealous and misguide you. I didn’t understand this when I was younger.”

She emphasized how rare genuine kindness is today, mentioning senior actress Fazila Qaiser as one of the few people in the industry who uplift others instead of bringing them down.

Aiman Khan Resonates With the Struggle

Co-guest Aiman Khan also opened up about her own journey, admitting she had trouble saying “no” for many years.
“It becomes a habit, and later it creates big problems,” Aiman said, adding that she had to gather immense courage to break this pattern.

Even now, she confessed, she sometimes still struggles to say no.
